In the 4-Day Serengeti Safari tour, you will explore Serengeti National Park, one of the world's most famous national parks. The park is located in northern Tanzania and is among the most diverse and most visited protected areas in Tanzania. Serengeti National Park is most famous for the wildebeest migration, the big cats, the big five mammals, and overall wildlife diversity. It has the highest lion population in the region and other cats making it a great place for big cats' experiences. Other than lions, other major big cats in Serengeti include cheetahs and leopards. These are often seen on game drives as they freely roam or hunt to take down their Prey. In this 4-day Serengeti Safari tour, you will therefore have the best of the big cats' experience in the ecosystem.

The wildebeest migration is the highlight and depending on the month you travel, you will catch up with it. This migration features wildebeests, zebras, gazelles and other antelopes. You will see these and other major animals including elephants while on game drives, nature walks, or balloon safaris.

Serengeti National Park is adjacent to the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya and from June to August the wildebeest cross the Mara River from Serengeti to Masai Mara. This classic African safari can be enjoyed any time of the year but for the best tour experiences and photography, we recommend visiting from June to September. Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Karatu

Arrival to Kilimanjaro Airport, meet you driver and transfer to Arusha where you meet your driver-guide and continue by safari-jeep up to Karatu, dinner and overnight at Eileen's Trees Inn / Tloma Mountain Lodge / The Retreat at Ngorongoro

Day 2: Head to Central Serengeti National Park

Have an early breakfast and drive to Central Serengeti (on the way you will visit South Serengeti/Northern Ngorongoro area - Ndutu for safari as well), full day game drive with packed lunch. Dinner at Serengeti Tortilis Camp / Melia Serengeti Lodge

Day 3: Full Day Game drives Serengeti

You will spend this day exploring central Serengeti where you will see a number of wildlife. Later head to your lodge for a rest. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Tortilis Camp / Melia Serengeti Lodge

Day 4: Game drive & Departure

After an early morning breakfast, you will have a morning safari as you exit the park for a transfer to back to Kilimanjaro international airport for check in ahead of your departure flight or at a hotel in Arusha depending on schedule
