You will start the 5-Day Kenya Safari Tour with Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya's most visited protected Area. Here you do safari game drives featuring the wildebeest Migration, big cats, and other animal species in Masai Mara. The Reserve is a true African wilderness and has a full representation of African savanna wildlife.

The time you will spend in Masai Mara will be enough for you to fully explore the major wildlife the reserve has. For better wildlife viewing and photography opportunities, it is better to take on this 5-day Kenya Safari Tour. The dry season is from June to September. The wildebeest cross the Mara River from Serengeti National Park to Masai Mara from mid-June to early August depending on the movement of the herds. The Mara River crossings are most spectacular and highly anticipated by wildlife safari lovers.

From Masai Mara, you will visit Lake Nakuru National Park, another incredible Kenya safari destination. This Rift Valley lake is a great Kenya birding safari destination with over 400 bird species. The lake is most famous for flamingos (Greeter and lesser flamingos), and great white pelicans among others. There are some of the big five safari animals here as well including Rhinos, buffaloes, and lions that will be seen on game drives while in the park. Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve (5 to 6 Hours drive)

Your driver guide will pick you up from your Nairobi Hotel for a transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have en route stopovers for photography at major places of interest and proceed to Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. After the lunch break head out to explore the vast Masai Mara ecosystem where you will see a number of wildlife species including elephants, buffaloes, lions, wildebeest, and zebras among others. End the day with the view of the African sunset over the horizon. Meals and overnight at Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp

Day 2: Full-Day Safaris in Masai Mara

After breakfast at your Camp, you will head out for another day of safari adventures in the Masai Mara ecosystem where you will still see a number of wildlife. Masai Mara also has a number of birds that you can enjoy while on safari here. Have a picnic lunch or can return to the camp for hot lunch. Day 3: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park (4.5 hours)

You will have breakfast and exit Masai Mara for a transfer to Lake Nakuru national park. This park is a birders' haven with over 500 bird species. There are also big game safari animals including rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and buffaloes among others. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and spend the afternoon and evening on safari game drives where you will see the major wildlife species there. Meals and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge

Day 4: Game drive & Transfer to Lake Naivasha (2 hours drive)

After breakfast at your lodge, you will have a game drive and then later transfer to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. You will have lunch and relax at the lodge and later head out to explore the lake where you will see a number of birds. In the evening you will return to your for Dinner and Overnight at Kiboko Luxury Camp

Day 5: Safari Excursion & Departure (2 hours drive)

You will have breakfast and head out for a short safari. Later transfer back to Nairobi arriving early enough for a drop off at the airport for departure or hotel depending on schedule.
